Directions to our Headquarters:

Take Interstate 35 (I-35) to 151st Street (Exit 215). Turn due west onto 151st Street and continue for approximately 1 mile before taking a right turn onto S Lone Elm Rd due north. Follow S Lone Elm Rd for a half-mile before turning right into The Gerson Companies’ parking lot.

General parking for office visitors is to the south of the office building. Any warehouse sale attendees or warehouse visitors should continue east past the office parking toward the back of the warehouse. Parking for the warehouse sale is on the eastern side of the complex and in the previous Outlet Store parking area, and the entrance is Dock Door 53.

Full completion of the form will also ensure faster processing for your request.

Please note all credit requests exceeding $150 for one item number must include a photograph with the form. Also, please keep the original box you received your product in as the shipping carrier may need to look at it.
