Position Summary: 

As an Executive Administrative Assistant to the COO and VP of Sales you will provide comprehensive office management and executive administrative support within each division. Critical to the role is ensuring professional representation in calendar management, travel scheduling, outside sales communication, vendor communication and contract management. 

 

What an average day could entail: 

  • Handle administrative needs of executives
  • Arrange conference calls, calendars, meetings and travel
  • Vendor communication
  • Maintain SharePoint sites for company
  • Distribution of reports to executives and sales team
  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding and offboarding of staff

What you need to bring to the table: 

Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields 

  • Advanced Knowledge and utilization of O365 applications
  • Experience with SharePoint a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
  • Maintains confidentiality of all records and matters of the company.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $39,000 – $45,000 per year plus bonus
