Olathe, KS – The Gerson Companies announced today it has acquired the assets of Gracious Goods LLC, Overland Park, KS, a leading table top, dinnerware, and home accessories design and import company, for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition combines Gracious Goods, one of the fastest growing specialty store and high-end catalog brands, with Gerson’s expertise in sourcing and distribution of seasonal, gift, and better home accessories, including the Mary Carol Home Collection brand. The acquisition will allow Gerson to provide an expanded product assortment to its current specialty store customer base, and help increase better brand offerings to consumers.
